Radiatori alla vodka comes in a spicy vodka sauce with reggiano and parsley. Sunday spaghetti is slow-cooked beef and sausage in tomato sauce, finished with pecorino and basil. Fungi gemelli brings wild mushrooms, black pepper and reggiano. Gamberoni campanelle is jumbo shrimp with parsley, garlic butter and bread crumbs.
