Bravado dining room with warm wood details

Shareable Plates

Dinner built for passing and tasting.

Share the table

Order for everyone

Dinner here is a conversation, and the plates arrive one after another so the talking never stops. Order a few for the middle of the table, pass them around, and see what the table wants next.

Start with the table

Plates for the middle

House focaccia comes with red sauce, whipped butter, EVOO and balsamic. Whipped goat cheese arrives with pistachio, honey and sourdough, and patatas bravas come with bravas sauce, aioli and rosemary. Bravado meatballs are pork, beef and veal in red sauce with whipped ricotta.

Keep it going

Add a pasta or a pizza

Once the first plates are down, add something bigger to share. Radiatori alla vodka is fresh pasta with spicy vodka sauce, reggiano and parsley, and sunday spaghetti is slow-cooked beef and sausage in tomato sauce. A pizza cut for the table works too; the queen is a classic margherita with fresh basil and fior di latte.

Each menu has its own lineup, so check the menu for the day you are coming.

A simple game plan

Why sharing works

Sharing means more flavors in one meal and no single entree to second-guess. Start with two or three small plates, add pasta or pizza, keep going while the table is still hungry, and finish with Italian desserts and an espresso. A table of four can open with four to six plates and add from there.

Pour something from the Italian wine list or the signature cocktails to go with it. Planning a bigger group? See private dining and events for groups of 8 or more. Bravado is at 1770 Galleria Blvd, Suite A, in Cool Springs, Franklin.

No seed oils, no HFCS, no MSG, nothing artificial. Food made by Bravado contains no artificial ingredients; purchased products such as soda may.
