Italian Salads

Crisp, charred, and made for sharing.

Crisp and charred

Eat your vegetables

Crisp salads and charred vegetable plates get the same attention as everything else on the table. Order a few and share them.

Salads

Caesar salad gets anchovy, reggiano, focaccia croutons and lemon zest. Roasted beet salad brings goat cheese and marcona almonds with whipped avocado. Caprese salad is heirloom tomatoes, stracciatella, basil and EVOO.

Lunch adds an Italian wedge with olives, roasted tomato, soppressata and herb ranch, and a spinach salad with chopped egg, roasted wild mushrooms and goat cheese. Baby arugula with farro, pear and gorgonzola is on lunch and brunch. Add poached cold chicken, smoked salmon or marinated flat iron to any salad.

Order a few and set them between the board and the focaccia. Vegetables get the same attention as everything else on the table.
